Return Policy

FilterMart is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and consistent return standards. No products may be returned without prior written authorization from FilterMart Corporation. Return authorization is valid for 30 days from the date of approval.

Standard stock items may be returned for credit within three (3) months of the invoice date, subject to a restocking fee and freight charges. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items returned damaged, incomplete, or altered may be refused or credited at a reduced value.

Products shipped in error by FilterMart will be accepted for return with full credit. Shipping discrepancies must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt.

Custom-built, made-to-order, or specially configured products are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

FilterMart reserves the right to inspect all returned items and determine eligibility for resale.
