Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped FOB from FilterMart's designated warehouse locations. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser at the FOB point. Shipping charges, delivery times, and carrier selection depend on order size, destination, and customer preference.

Same-day shipping may be available for qualifying orders received before the published cutoff time. Additional charges apply for rush and expedited shipments. Orders received after the cutoff times will be processed on the next business day.

FilterMart is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and filing claims directly with the carrier for damage or loss.
