Filtermart™ Warranty & Limitation of Liability

FilterMart Corporation (The Company) warrants all products sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty shall terminate one year from the date of invoice, and claims made in writing within this period are waived.

In case of a warranty claim, the purchaser must notify The Company in writing, whereupon The Company will either examine the products at the site or issue a return authorization. The products must be returned prepaid per the shipping instructions of the Company.

When products sold are found to be defective, FilterMart Corporation's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace such products at its option without charge to the purchaser, or repay the purchase price. In no event shall The Company be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

This warranty is exclusive and instead of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
